1. The Service

PlayFusion GameWorld ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") is a free-to-play social entertainment platform operating at playfusiongameworld.com. The Platform offers browser-based simulation games including virtual slots, blackjack, and roulette for entertainment and social interaction purposes only.

2. Eligibility

FusionCoins are the virtual currency used within the Platform. They are provided free of charge, replenished automatically, and exist solely to structure in-game play. FusionCoins are non-transferable, have no cash value, and provide no entitlement to any real-world benefit. Accumulating FusionCoins does not create any debt or obligation on our part.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with our Community Guidelines and all applicable laws. You must not:

• Attempt to circumvent game mechanics or exploit vulnerabilities
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Attempt to sell, trade, or commercialise virtual currency
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or harmful conduct toward other users
• Misrepresent your identity or age
• Interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

All content on PlayFusion GameWorld — including game designs, graphics, text, code, branding, and other materials — is the intellectual property of PlayFusion GameWorld or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlayFusion GameWorld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. As no real money is involved, any potential claim value is inherently limited to zero monetary damages.
